General Rules

• By purchasing from our store, you agree to all terms listed below.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Reposting, sharing, or redistributing any store product is strictly prohibited.

Digital Products Policy

• All products sold are digital goods.
• Upon successful payment and delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable, in accordance with Tebex policy.
• Chargebacks or disputes will result in permanent blacklist and revocation of product access.

Delivery & Access

• Products are delivered once only to the purchasing account.
• We are not responsible for any loss of files after delivery.
• If payment is placed on hold, delivery will only occur after the hold is cleared.

Usage & Responsibility

• We are not responsible for:
  • Misuse, modification, or deletion of the product by the user
  • Issues caused by third-party resources or server configurations
• The customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their server.

Support Policy

• Technical support is provided for 1 month only from the date of purchase.
• Support does not include installation or custom modifications unless stated otherwise.
• The store reserves the right to refuse or discontinue support at any time.

Modifications & Custom Work

• Any additional changes or edits after delivery will be treated as a new paid request.

Transfers

• Product transfers are limited:
  • First transfer: Free
  • Second transfer: $10
  • Third transfer: $15
  • No further transfers allowed after that

Tickets & Communication

• Tickets may be closed if there is no response within 3 hours.
• By opening a ticket, you agree to communicate respectfully.

Enforcement

• Violation of any rules may result in:
  • Product revocation
  • Permanent ban from the store
• The store reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
